Designed by the renowned Goan architect, Rita Mody-Joshi, our 1000 sq feet apartments provide surprisingly open living spaces in present day cramped lives, to make your stay a truly relaxing, re-energising experience.
Each guest apartment focuses on your comfort, and includes an air conditioned bedroom, a private ensuite bathroom, a living and dining room, a kitchen and a veranda sit-out, with its own independent entrance, all for the price of a hotel room.
The bedroom comfortably accommodates within it a king-sized bed, a console area, bay window seating deck, a large closet, a shoe cupboard and an entertainment centre with satellite TV and a DVD player, while still having vast space for kids to play a board game on the cool terracotta tiled floor. The spacious bathroom with large shower area completes the embrace of warmth of the bedroom suite at the core of CASA MIA.
Our long stay guests appreciate the fully equiped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, kettle, toaster, induction hob and dishes; a cook is available for them on casual or regular basis.
The living room is tastefully furnished and cozy, encouraging friends to visit and enjoy a meal together in the separate dining area. The sit-out veranda/patio is secluded, ideal to catch the rays.
